Everything you wanted to know about champagne, but were too afraid to ask. At the end of this masterclass, you will have the tools to understand what type of champagne you prefer and why, and which factors affect quality and price. You will be given tips for storage, service and food pairing, and an overview of the history and geography of Champagne. You will try 4 very different champagnes. A generous buffet of nibbles, cheeses and charcuterie will be provided so don't eat before you come!

About the Instructor: Cynthia Coutu is a Canadian who has been living in France for 28 years. She is a professional wine educator, judge and guide specialised in champagne . She is also the founder of Delectabulles, a champagne networking club for women.  She only uses champagnes made by women and takes people to estates where women play an important role. It is her way of supporting women in a male-dominated industry. She is certified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (level 3) and was voted Best Wine Tasting in Paris by Expatriates Magazine.
