This class will feature the bounty of spring vegetables.  We will prepare a variety of dishes such as the classic ratatouille, savory vegetable tarts, and salads with warm goat cheese.  And we'll learn how to prepare classic variations of homemade vinaigrette.  You will be ready to enjoy fresh from the garden treats all spring and summer.

For dessert, we will learn to master the beautiful tuiles des dames. These delicate cookies - or biscuits as the French call them - are melt in your mouth delicious.  An elegant dessert or perfect accompaniment to ice cream this summer.

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
