This bustling market street is a fascinating mix of traditional and ethnic foods.  Our guide, chef Francoise Meunier, regularly shops the St Denis market because she lives nearby.  She will teach us about the history of the area while we discover foods from Turkey, Poland, France, and more.  We will see such goodies as fresh feta cheese, meaty black and green olives, Middle Eastern desserts, sauerkraut, and Polish sausages, just to name a few.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes for this two hour visit.  If you like, we may grab a coffee or snack after the tour is finished.  This is a walking tour of the markets.  The price of this class does not include any food samples, lunch or coffee after the tour.

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
