 Whether your skills have been honed at WICE wine courses or whether you’ve been in secret training, it’s time to peak for our final event of the season – the WICE Wine Olympics. The thrill of victory. Prizes. Promises of glory. Most of all, fun. The adrenalin will surge as we compete (individuals and team... and even survival-of-the-fittest death scrimmages) in blind tastings and games based on wines we’ve enjoyed. Each tasting challenge is designed to hone our perceptions and highlight the particularities of wines and cépages easily confused. Tom will train us as he trains professionals for blind tastings. We’ll be ready. Bring it on!

Instructor:  Thomas Boothe’s, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
