In our quest for selecting our menus with respect for seasonal produce, our chef Françoise will take us to Normandy, the home of that lovely autumn jewel the apple. Learn to identify the different varietals and choose the apple to best accommodate your roasted chicken with the addition of cream and cider according to the Norman tradition.

For the pleasure of your guests at your next dinner party, Françoise will give you all of the guidelines necessary to read the labels and purchase the tastiest of farm chickens. We will end our meal with one of the Frenchman’s favorite classics, oeufs à la neige.

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
