WICE is seeking an individual with some experience in the use of Social Media in a business environment Are you available for 3-6 hours a weeks and able to commit for a minimum of 3 months with 6 months commitment preferred. Main duties are: Determine which social media channels are relevant to the organization (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr/Instagram, etc.), and post on these regularly Respond appropriately in a timely manner to comments made to the social media channels and encourage commenting and sharing of content
WICE is seeking a volunteer to work within the Programs Team and support and guide the individual WICE Program Directors Primary Tasks:
● Various administrative duties (monitoring email, course registrations)
● Assist with:
o Organizing the bi-annual creation of program courses
o Scheduling courses
o Loading course information onto the WICE website
o Compiling, analysing and creating presentations of Programs results
● Facilitating communication among Program departments and between Programs and other WICE departments
Time Commitment: 5 hours per week, with an additional 5 hours per week required during the peak course creation time of Spring and Fall Start Date: Immediate Start with a minimum committment of 12 months required

The Content Creator is responsible in helping drive the creative strategy of WICE. You should be passionate about creativity and communicating the organization with a clean, clear, and fun approach.
With direction from the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with a team, you will help to execute the strategic vision of the organisation.
The designer will develop and produce both print and web materials that promote our goals. This includes but is not limited to: web pages, print and online ads, web banners, email blasts, brochures, and newsletters.
The Living in France Department delivers a program of activities that enhance the experience of living in France for people both new to Paris and those who want to delve deeper into the City’s secrets. Through the provision of a program of practical courses such as cooking and wine tasting, plus courses that range from hands-on workshops to behind the scenes tours on such topics as perfume making and fashion, participants can learn how to master the French art of “savoir vivre.” You will work with our team of very experienced providers who continue to strive to improve the living in France experience for our WICE members.
Accounting Assistant is part of the Finance & Accounting Team, working with the Financial Controller, Treasurer and other Finance Team Members, and WICE Office staff. This position is responsible for export of Wild Apricot data and import into Quickbooks accounting system in an accurate and timely manner. This accounting data that will be used to keep Management informed of WICE revenue.
EMT with working French, organized, autonomous, responsible administrative candidate to work directly with the WICE Office Manager on core business functions, including confidential database and financial operations. Special projects as required. GDPR training will be provided. Must be available starting in July for shadow training. From September, the OA will personally maintain WICE hours on Wednesdays from 10h-15h. Occasional event support is requested. Google suite knowledge required. Strong communication skills, and an interest in dedicated volunteering to build or exercise a professional profile are imperative. Join us!
The WICE team is seeking a number of enthusiastic marketing volunteers to work on specific projects through the summer and autumn months. Active engagement in a range of responsibilities, including assisting in all aspects of the Marketing Communication implementation to support direct response marketing and brand strategies; supporting the senior staff in the development of language course marketing campaigns and media placement activities; and assisting in the development and project management of Open House and Apero evenings. A great way to get hands on experience in a busy, lively marketing team.
