There are unique subjects to discover and secrets to unearth in every part of Paris, especially as we enjoy the changing colors (and light) of autumn. We will take Paris street photography to new heights by exploring the known and the unknown, from lively quartiers to tranquil corners, from traditional Paris to the 21st century. Join us as we discover the real Paris via our own personal artistic perspective
Each class will start in a café of a chosen quartier to discuss the photo aims of the session. You then will explore the area to study the light, colors, characters, details, lines, forms, and shapes. You will receive hands-on practice with your camera through fun assignments and have your questions answered on the spot. At the end of each class, you will review the images from the previous week’s expedition to learn about your successes and challenges
Students can expect to:
Become familiar with their camera
Learn about exposure, composition, and how to engage their subjects
Have their technical questions answered directly
Participate in a friendly critique session of their wor
Suitable for all levels of photographer.
