Social activities lie at the heart of WICE's mission, serving as the lively bridge that connects and strengthens ties between the Anglophone and Francophone communities in Paris.

Twice a month, typically on Thursdays, WICE crafts social events that offer  opportunities to mingle and create lasting friendships.

  • Morning Coffees: We have morning coffees every Tuesday morning and every Saturday morning.

  • Mid-day Lunches: Usually held on the 1st Thursday of the month, our lunches are relaxed, pay-for-your-own gatherings in the historic Latin Quarter. Break bread with fellow members and enjoy the flavors of Parisian cuisine.

  • Evening Apéros: Held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, the apéros are 10€ for regular members, and €5 for WICE volunteers and new members who are attending their first apéro. This includes selections of wine, non-alcoholic beverages, cheeses, and charcuterie to delight the palate.

Through these gatherings, WICE cultivates a sense of community and camaraderie that transcends cultural boundaries. Join us for any or all of these events and become part of a tradition that celebrates the joy of connection and the spirit of Paris.

    As with regular WICE lunches, you pay for what you eat and drink, no extra fees, but registration is required.

    In the grand tradition of pub quizzes across the anglophone world, join a team of fellow WICE members for a bilingual evening of trivial merriment. On a bi-monthly basis, WICE has reserved space with Paris Quiz Mistress to participate in a quiz night that consists of four rounds of trivia in English and French on a wide variety of topics, movies and TV, pop culture, geography, fashion, and anything strange and peculiar that comes through the mind of the Quiz Mistress Host.

    This is not a WICE-exclusive event. We have reserved spaces for two teams of 5 (the maximum number of participants per team). There are prizes to win for the top teams and the best team name. A WICE volunteer will be at each event to help you identify our group.Please note that the quiz location changes depending on the night of the week, so please pay attention when registering to make sure you are going to the correct pub.
