Ideally located near the Champs Elysees, and set in the beautiful private mansion of the Hotel Le Marois, this mansion was once inhabited by the famous courtesan Marie Duplessis (the famous Dame aux Camélias who inspired Alexandre Dumas’s son).

The ‘Cercle France Amériques' is a private association which aims to promote the relationship between France and North America.  It was founded in 1909 by Gabriel Hanotaux, former Foreign Affairs minister.

Come and discover this truly exceptional mansion and its sumptuous reception rooms, located in one of the most elegant districts of Paris and learn more about its famous inhabitants.

About the instructor: Holding a PhD in British and American Studies from the Sorbonne, Catherine Estivalezes has been involved for many years in a foundation for promoting contemporary art, before getting back to her Art History studies.
