Many of us share a common quest – to find truth and beauty in the world... as well as great everyday (affordable!) wines. Search no more. Four of the most respected cavistes in Paris will recommend what they consider their best everyday red and white wines. It's a multi-dimensional competition: between the cavistes, the wines, and between participants trying to guess the provenance of what we will be tasting (in the always fun blind tasting tradition).

An exhilarating way to discover some of the great wine values in the city.

Instructor: Thomas Boothe's, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
