It is always rewarding to capture the perfect moment in a perfectly composed and exposed photograph. But, these days, if you fall short of this perfection, you can take advantage of the magical world of post-production. You can make many different kinds of creative adjustments to your photograph using the basic tools of Photoshop, iPhoto, or other programs such as Lightroom.

This class is an introduction to the basic elements of iPhoto and Photoshop. We will cover exposure and color adjustments, how best to convert a file to black and white, how to remove unwanted objects, how to straighten lines, and how to apply selective coloring and sharpen focus.

Instructor: Meredith Mullins is an internationally exhibited photographer and popular photography instructor, a winner of the 2009 Grand Concours Photo sur Paris and 2010 PX3 Competition, and author of the award-winning book In a Paris Moment.
