Meredith MullinsWith this evening's tour of the most important French wine regions, we welcome new participants to our popular wine series and offer a sensory review to our loyal followers. We'll discover the rich personalities that lie behind the familiar names: Burgundy, Sancerre, Chateauneuf, Vouvray to name a few. As we taste for fun and knowledge, instructor Tom Boothe will teach us the basic mechanics of tasting and the tricks and sensory rhythms that allow us to perceive more deeply the contents of our glasses.

Instructor: Thomas Boothe's, extensive knowledge and passion for wine and his innovative teaching style have been fueled through work and study in a variety of wine-related fields.
