It is always rewarding to capture the perfect moment in a perfectly composed and exposed photograph. But, these days, if you fall short of this perfection, you can take advantage of the magical world of post-production. You can remove unwanted objects and even move or add objects. (Who hasn’t wanted to remove that tree growing out of your child’s head or that ugly wall socket that keeps showing up, or the ubiquitous Paris white vans that drive through every photo?) Now, you can truly be the master of your work of art.

Join us for this introduction to Photoshop, with a focus on the magic of the Clone and Eraser tools. Bring your computers as we’ll do in class hands-on exercises, as well as home assignments, and end each class with a friendly critique of images.

Instructor:  Meredith Mullins is an internationally exhibited photographer and popular photography instructor; a winner of the 2009 Grand Concours Photo sur Paris, 2010 PX3 Competition, and 2010 Worldwide Gala Photo Awards; a finalist for the 2010 Julia Margaret Cameron Award; and author of the award-winning book “In a Paris Moment.”
