Apero is the thing to do in France, entertaining guests at your home with a few light bites and some easy drinks on hand. In this class, you’ll learn about wine cocktails, mixing wine with spirits and other tonics to please even the most discerning critics. Cocktails will be made, recipes shared and ideas given on how to throw an amazing apero for your friends.

About the Instructor: Tanisha Townsend is an American wine professional that came to Paris for the love of wine. A professor, consultant, podcast host, Tanisha organizes events from the classroom to the dining room. Her goal is to educate and entertain, while promoting the history and joys of fermented beverages to the masses.
