Playfulness and romance combine in the beautiful drawings and paintings of Nathalie Lété. You will embroider this joyful universe with wonderful patterns from her recent collaboration with Sublime Stitching. 

You will learn how to plan an embroidery using a sampler of embroidery stitches (straight, back, stem, fly, daisy chain, french knots), transfer an embroidery pattern and set-up an embroidery frame.

About the Instructor: Rebecca Devaney is a textile artist, researcher and educator who currently works as a Haute Couture Embroiderer in Paris, France.  She has a BA in Art and Design Education and a MFA in Textile Art and Artefact from the National College of Art and Design, Ireland and recently completed professional training in Haute Couture Embroidery at the École Lesage, France.
