Receiving feedback of our images and work is essential for advancing our technique and style. Students will learn how to organize their photos by theme, maintaining coherence between images within a series.
They also will learn how to build and present a personal portfolio to a gallery or a photography competition as long with the printing process.
A visit of a professional photography laboratory is included. In this visit, the students will learn how to choose the right photography paper for their images, as long with the technical printing process adapted to their needs.
During class participants will show their images and receive feedback from the instructor and other students.
Students can expect to:

Course Requirements: Suitable for all levels of photography. Students are invited to bring their images (printed or in USB). You
can also bring your laptops.
Location: Location will be communicated 24 hours before the date of the class.
About the Instructor: Juan Manuel Abellán graduated in Advertising and Visual Arts and holds a Master in Art, philosophy and aesthetics, specialised in Photography and Contemporary Art. He has worked with the agency Magnum Photo and exhibited his work in several exhibitions, including at the Centre Georges Pompidou. Passionate about photography, Juan Manuel works as a freelance photographer with a specialization in portrait, dance and fine art photography.
