After many years in France and the U.S.,Margot Borden, an American psychotherapist, teacher and author, made a radical life change by moving permanently to India where she has had an amazing career.  Her interest in spirituality, mindfulness, eastern thought and approaches to personal well being drove this transition which brought her many challenges.
