How did Paris become the world's most beautiful city? This week’s talk describes the Paris of Louis XIV, who inherited a city of brick and left it of marble, and takes us through the Revolution of 1789.
About the Presenter: Russell Kelley, author of The Making of Paris, will give the third in a series of lectures accompanied by over 100 images, focusing on the structures that can still be seen today.
