WICE continues its popular journalism series with a workshop that focuses on reporting as well as on in-class writing of feature articles. With instruction on research and interviewing, the course also examines blogging, and how to make this popular mode of communication a genuine platform for effective features.

About the Instructor: Alecia McKenzie is a writer and journalist based in Paris. She holds an MSc from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and worked at The Wall Street Journal / Europe early in her career. She is the founder and editor of the arts-news site SWAN. Alongside her career as a novelist and short-story author, she has written numerous articles for a global news agency and for a range of international publications.
