About the Instructor: Alisa Morov from Sweet Pea Paris is originally from Los Angeles, where she has cooked, baked and made art for many years. Passionate about people, food, cultural differences, architecture, art… For over 20 years Alisa has been in France: cooked in restaurants, written three cookbooks, launched a private chef-catering business, Sweet Pea Paris, that has expanded to include sharing her passions about French culture and great food, into food tours and teaching cooking & culture, via classes, in person and now via Zoom. What happens when we share food is magic.
