Spring is in the air and it is time for a new classic dish to serve a starter for lunch or dinner.  No doubt you have tasted a number of delicious terrines by now, but how about learning all the secrets of how to make your very own and what every French person knows should be served right along with it.

It's rustic, it's fresh and after class you will want to run out and buy your first ceramic terrine dish so you can make this for your family and friends.  We will finish with a creamy, fresh and lovely Charlotte aux Fraises for dessert.

Instructor: Françoise Meunier trained in the hotel and cooking school in Toulouse.  In 1997, she opened one of the first private cooking studios in Paris.  Her practical approach and easy-to-follow demonstrations will teach you how to reproduce delicious French and ethnic dishes at home.
