Description

A walk with something for everyone: trains, lions, film-makers, philosophers, human remains and accordions. We start at Denfert-Rochereau RER station, window-shop in the rue Daguerre, look at some lovely buildings and find out where some of the world's most famous artists lived and worked. We then visit the resting-place of three of the local residents who never left the area in Montparnasse Cemetery… You will also find out why it’s no longer the Gateway to Hell!

About the Instructor
