The walk starts along a terrace beside the Château de Saint Germain-en-Laye with great views of Paris, and continues along forest paths. In all, it will last about 2 hours. There are no hills, but the forest paths are uneven. In this walk participants converse about what they see, rather than the guide.

Cette promenade commence sur la terrasse du Château de Saint Germain-en-Laye avec les vues magnifiques de Paris, et continue sur les sentiers forestiers. En tout, elle va durer environ 2 heures. Il n’y a pas de collines, mais les sentiers forestiers sont irréguliers. Pendant cette promenade les participants parlent de ce qu’ils voient, plutôt que le guide.

About the organizer: Bryan has lived in central Paris for 4 years. He’s a member of WICE and enjoys getting out of the city to walk through the countryside. He hopes these and other walks will be seen as outdoor conversation classes.

 Meet: Château de Saint-Germain-en Laye. Access via RER line A to Gare Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Rue Thiers Outside the entrance door to the château.
