Special Class added to consolidate our Carnet de Voyage series for the winter semester.

This class will assemble, organize and make sense of the world from a different perspective... the flat world as we see it.

Imagine if the World Were Flat.

Our world consists of an assembly of shapes standing next to, in front of, or behind one another. Drawings can portray the world this way, finding inspiration in the patterns of nature or everyday objects. The results are often surprising and beautiful, as in the rich patterns and designs of the decorative arts.

All aspects of this series Carnet de Voyage joint and coalesce in this final and special course of art of the Carnet de Voyage.

Instructor: Jan Olsson holds a Masters Degree of Fine Arts in Drawing and is an engaging teacher with many years of experience teaching. She is also a highly skilled practicing artist of many creative art forms who exhibits internationally. See her website at http://janolssonart.com for more information
