If you're thinking "wine," sooner or later you'll be thinking "cheese." 

The cheese board is a staple of any French meal and France boasts a different cheese for every day of the year – and more. It's a serious business here, and it’s about time we got to know some of them better ... and how to pair them with just the right wine. Tom, our instructor, will bring the same expertise and unusual eye that make him so popular in our wine courses, to this match that was just meant to be.
