If you think you’d like to try your hand at painting and would like instruction in how to get started, this class is for you.

This one-day course offers:

  • An introduction to a variety of brushes, palettes, and surfaces (such as canvas, boards and paper) adapted to each technique.
  • Participants will receive a list of Paris art supply stores and French translations for English terms related to painting.
  • A discussion and demonstration of the pigments used in paint and suggestions for organizing a palette and for mixing color.
