General Assemblies Online Voting Opens

Online voting opens for our combination Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) and our annual Ordinary General Assembly (OGA).

Online voting will remain open for 72 hours. During that period, we will have a 2-hour Zoom session on Monday, 07 July where you can ask questions of the current board.

You will have the opportunity to vote on:

  • Our revised By-Laws (statuts)
  • Our new Board of Directors
  • The President's annual report
  • The annual finance report
