Six different wine from six different regions will be served during this session. Taste Champagne, white, rose, red, and sweet wines, while discovering their unique attributes. This favor tour of sorts will take through Champagne, Alsace, burgundy, Provence, Bordeaux, and the Loire Valley. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn more about wine. Small nibbles will be served.

Instructor, Hélène Goble, comes from a wine-producing family in Bordeaux and organizes wine tasting events and annual wine tours of Bordeaux and Champagne. She is a graduate of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London.
